Strawberry snack - very unusual and tasty, in appearance not everyone will understand at once from what it is made. And this tasty snack is cooked from herring and potatoes, this recipe is ideal for a holiday table.

- For five portions:
- - 300 g of fresh-salted herring;
- - 400 g of potato;
- - 150 ml of beet juice;
- - 1 bulb;
- - 0.5 h spoon of sesame sunflower seeds;
- - fresh parsley.
Instruction
1. Boil potato in a uniform. Cool, clean, rub on a small grater.
2. Cut herring small into cubes.
3. Clean a bulb, too crush. If you don't like to add onions to food, then you can fill in for a couple of minutes it with boiled water - then it will be left by bitterness, it will become softer.
4. Make of grated potatoes on a palm small flat cake. Lay out on it a small amount of the crushed herring and onions. Close up, give the form of a strawberry.
5. Dip "strawberry" into beet juice, lay out on a dish.
6. Decorate snack with sesame seeds and fresh parsley.
