At implementation of drawings by the main problem the correct creation of the image of an object on the plane is. The detail or assembly unit need to be drawn so that when reading all types, cuts, sections in total the engineer or the worker could submit its three-dimensional image and it is correct to interpret a design plan.
It is required to you
- - the computer from the established CAD;
- - drawing tools (curves, a ruler, pencils) for implementation of the drawing on paper;
- - tracing-paper or paper;
- - the printer or the plotter for the printout of the drawing (if it is necessary).
Instruction
1. Pick up the necessary number of types of a designed project. There is usually enough front view and top view or left-side view. If the detail has irregular shape with a large number of grooves, ledges, openings, then it is necessary to give several additional types. It is fair also for the assembly drawing where the structure of assembly included a large number of details.
2. Arrange types of a detail or assembly unit on a free field of the drawing. Do not forget that on a leaf of a certain format the frame with the main inscription in accordance with GOST 2.104-68 has to be drawn, leave also the space for the text of technical requirements which usually is located over the main inscription.
3. Choose a secant the plane on which the section will go. The plane has to pass so that on a section openings, grooves, other structural elements which cannot be shown on main types were visible. On one of types designate the provision of a secant of the plane, having drawn lines of section with the shooters showing the direction of a view of a section. Do not forget to put capital letters which will designate a section subsequently (A-and, V-in, etc.).
4. Construct a section and arrange it on a free field of the drawing. Execute shading of those sites of a detail or the assembly which were cut, leaving at the same time without shading of an opening and a cavity. Draw the center lines showing the centers of openings, put down the necessary sizes.
5. Try to use such CAD which assumes creation of 3D models of details and assemblies at design. After creation of three-dimensional model of an object you should make a section in that place where it is necessary. During creation of the drawing on the basis of the created 3D model the system independently or by your inquiry will construct a section, will designate it and will execute shading.
