2. Pass to the page of useful free Internet service for determination of capacity of your connection. For example, it can be www.internet.yandex.ru, www.speedtest.net or www.speed.yoip.ru. To test connection speed via the modem or other special device, use the relevant service better. The menu of the websites for check of speed has the clear interface, and check of speed is started easily and does not take a lot of time. Even if you use the checked, authoritative website, repeat check.
3. Use the second service after estimated capacity on one. It will help you to receive more exact and objective result. Keep in mind that check on one service can be inexact because of short-term failures in its work.
4. Compare the received result to the level of bandwidth of your channel stated by provider. Analyze operation of your browser by means of which you come into network. Try to replace it or to update. The lack of the last updates in the browser can be the cause of reduction of speed of work of the Internet.
5. Sound your problem to technical support of clients of telecom operator. If you performed all operations correctly and considered factors which could underestimate results of testing, but all the same the speed of data transmission is significantly lower stated, your provider has to take measures to restoration of contractual conditions.
