Reduction of "ml" (milliliter) volume characteristics of rather small amount of any substance will mistake. The milliliter is derivative of liter, its thousand share. The liter and all its derivatives are not a part of the SI system. In this system to one milliliter there corresponds the volume equal to one cubic centimeter, and liter - equal to one cubic decimeter.
Instruction
1. You divide into one thousand the known value of volume of substance in milliliters to transfer it to liters.
2. Use, for example, the calculator from structure of Windows OS if it is difficult to calculate value in mind. It is possible to start it having opened pressing of the WIN key or click on the Start-up button the main menu and having chosen the Calculator point in the Subsection "Standard" of the section "All Programs". As it is a system component, having made the short calc team and having pressed Enter, it is possible to open the calculator and through dialogue of start of programs. This dialogue can be seen, having pressed a combination of the keys WIN + R or having chosen the line "Execute" in the menu on the Start-up button.
3. Switch the interface of the calculator to the mode of converting of units of measure. For this purpose open the section "Look" in its menu and click the Translation of Sizes point. This option of design of the calculator has in the left part three fields for the choice of units of measure and the Translate button under them.
4. Click the top list ("Category") and choose in it the line "Volume". At parameter setting in this field the calculator changes players of units of measure in two other lists. On average ("The initial size") choose milliliter value from them. In lower ("The final size") click the line "litre".
5. Click the entry field of the calculator and enter the known volume in milliliters. Then click the button with the inscription "Translate". On it the procedure will be finished - the calculator will calculate the entered value in liters.
