The science of Universologiya is based, first of all, on the theory of universal regularities. Why it is so important to know universal regularities?
Universal regularities work objectively i.e. irrespective of, we know them or not, we understand or not, agree or do not agree. They are objective and they work. And, as we know, ignorance of laws - does not exempt from liability (that, however, very much interferes with development). Let's note that universal regularities are objective, but their action is perceived and realized subjectively, depending on the level of consciousness of the subject, or at a certain step of development is not realized at all, acting only on subconsciousness level.

It is also that universal code which from time immemorial looks for mankind because knowledge of universal regularities will allow the person to approach any problem in terms of its most effective solution. The universality is the cornerstone of life at all levels and all stages of development, namely, universal regularities are the cornerstone of the organization of life, at the heart of interaction of all systems of life, at the heart of management of developments, at the heart of transitional and transformativny processes.1. It means that to us it should every morning anew learn to go, to study to breathe and, in general, every time to make a fresh start. 2. Interaction would become difficult. 3. Exactly comprehending the universal regularities shown at all levels of development, finding experience of use of these regularities, considering uniqueness of each system of life (that is also a consequence of universal regularities), we learn the world and we have an opportunity to predict further development and to operate development in the direction of its greatest efficiency.4.
