Some people, especially younger generation, do not understand why to read books when it is possible to find any information from network or media, without realizing that the book is a source of knowledge. It comprises centuries-old experience which passes from one generation to another. Having read the book it is possible to learn a lot of new and interesting that in turn promotes formation of outlook and positive influence on the standard of living. That is why it is so important to impart to children love for books.

Why it is necessary to read books to children?

Once the book was considered as the textbook of life, and now it is the most real source of information. Today it is possible to meet in the book markets a set of the qualitative illustrated informative literature where the child will be able to find answers to all interesting questions. Today's generation of children is capable to perceive information much more, in comparison with the previous generation. But one reading happens insufficiently. It is necessary that the child after read, drew for himself conclusions – that is good and what is bad.

To children it is very important that parents read them books aloud. It contributes to the safe development of the kid not only at early age, but also in later. Of course, many parents because of a lack of time prefer to replace books with animated films, but it is important to remember that what would not be interesting and qualitative the animated film, it will not be able to replace the book.

First, at joint reading there is a communication process. At the same time it is very important to pay to the kid full-fledged attention and communication, but not communication in an interval between preparation of a lunch or viewing series. In such a way it will be easier for parent to inform the child of the views and values which in everyday life he is not always ready to hear. On the other hand it can be communication on subjects, important for the child.

Secondly, sitting on a lap at parents or just near them during reading the child feels in perfect security that also influences formation of comfortable feeling of the world.

By means of books the child not only will be able to gain knowledge which will be useful to him further at all stages of his life, but also to understand vital views of the world in general. Books also influence moral ideals of the child by formation of its values. On examples of situations into which heroes of favourite fairy tales get the child learns to distinguish good from the evil, friendship from treachery and so on. And before parents to the kid it is worth – helping mastering one of the main tasks these values.
