Exterior of the lamp gradually bothers its owner. It is not obligatory to change it for another only for this reason at all. The design of the lamp can and be remade.
Instruction
1. Before carrying out alteration of the lamp, consider option of its shift. It is possible to trade, for example, places of sconce in two rooms. It will already make change to the bothered situation.
2. Before any alteration of the lamp surely disconnect it from network. If it is connected not by cord, but the wires laid in wall or ceiling before their detachment switch off the automatic machine. Anyway, surely remove it from wall or ceiling, and then put on table on which the newspaper is previously laid. It is much more convenient to remake the lamp on table, than to work on change of its design directly in installation site.
3. Think that you would like to change in exterior of lighting instrument. It is the simplest to recolour its opaque parts. For this purpose close adhesive tape all parts which are not supposed to be subjected to coloring: transparent sites of the lamp shade, cartridge (in which hit of paint is inadmissible). Temporarily remove lamps and all-glass lamp shades. Carry out coloring brush or from barrel. Let's paint dry completely.
4. It is not recommended to do transparent or opaque parts color. It will lead to noticeable decrease in the general efficiency of the lamp. Instead if desired apply on the corresponding parts of lighting instrument the drawing with the light and rare lines which almost are not standing in light. Use for this purpose the special felt-tip pen intended for drawing inscriptions on optical disks.
5. Good results are yielded by replacement of the lamp shade. It is possible to have several lamp shades and in process of nadoyedaniye to change them around. They can be both ready, and self-made, the main thing that they approached design of the lamp and could not light up from heat of lamp.
6. Modern luminous sources allow at desire to do light cold or warm. For this purpose get two energy saving lamps of the corresponding shades. Put them in turn in process of nadoyedaniye of color of each of them. In all cases if the lamp shade is made of combustible materials, completely exclude use of glow lamps. But before replacement of such lamps on energy saving change the light dimmer for the normal switch.
7. It is possible to diversify exterior of lighting instrument by means of suspenders. They can be executed from wide range of materials: tree, metal, plastic, glass, etc.
8. Not any alteration of the lamp consists in change of its design. It can be required and in case the device has the state close to emergency. In time replace in it the frayed cords, the broken switches and cartridges.
