Snow-shu is the breed received in nursery of the USA by crossing of Siamese cats with two-color American. The name "cnou-shu" (snowshoe) in translation from English is meant by a "snow shoe".

Cats to a snou-sh have the marks on a muzzle in the form of the turned letter V passing from a nose bridge to a nose and white "socks" thanks to which the breed also received such name. On front pads length of "socks" has to be slightly higher than fingers, and on back - to reach a skakatelny joint. It is necessary that white spots on forepaws were identical height, on back - also.
Constitution of cats of breed to a snou-sh quite massive and at the same time extended. The frame is not too strong, muscles are developed well. Hair of cats has to be short, elastic, brilliant, a tail not fluffy. The color has to be intensive.
Eyes at cats to a snou-sh blue, large, an oval form. Ears of the big size, the basis has them wide. Unlike Siamese cats, at a snou-sha there are no "vocal abilities". A voice at them more melodious and not such loud.
