It is necessary to pay tribute – volunteers of these shelters do everything possible that the dog found the new owner. In private shelters the professional dog handlers capable to render to animals the qualified help work, but also they are calculated that the owners who handed over an animal in a shelter will allocate it monetary pay at least for the veterinarian and a pro-forage.
