Fitball – simple and available gymnastics on a ball. It is useful to both adults and children. Especially expressed therapeutic effect is observed at babies. It is possible to begin occupation with the newborn from third week after the birth. The complex of simple exercises allows the child to adapt quicker to environmental conditions, stimulates muscle work, induces to physical activity (that in turn improves work of a brain), strengthens a backbone and a vestibular mechanism, removes a tone of muscles, improves digestion, develops lungs, eliminates a dysplasia and so forth.

Instruction

1. The ball has to be smooth (without pimples), elastic, steady (not pumped over), with a diameter no more than 75 cm, capable to sustain loading to 200-300 kg

2. On the first month of life of occupation spend no more than 10-15 minutes, not less than in 40-60 minutes after feeding. For a start carry out simple rockings in various execution.

3. Lay out the kid on a tummy, slightly press it to a ball one hand, hold the second in area of a knee, shake 1-2 minutes. At the same time talk to him quietly and tenderly, you praise, encourage.

4. Then turn it on a back and repeat the procedure. If the kid shows concern, in the beginning can take it on hands and rock on a ball together.

5. After the first month of exercise become complicated. Now try not to hold a back and a tummy with a hand. Practice alternation of an emphasis on handles and legs of the kid, in situation on a stomach, alternately supporting him and slightly raising an opposite part of a body from a ball.

6. Work hung headfirst, in a prone position on a back. Gradually increasing a bias and amplitude of fluctuations. You watch that the kid completely relaxed in any situation, you do not hurry. Be consecutive.

7. After the second month you can begin to master various rotary exercises by hands and legs, such as: "mill", "bicycle", crossing, pose of "frog", etc. Gradually you pass to turns, deflections (pose of "small fish", "swallow").

8. Be engaged so much how many comfortably to the kid. After gymnastics it is good to swim for a while a little in a heat bath, to finish the procedure single douche. Water temperature has to be couple degrees lower, than in the bathroom, gradually the difference increases.

9. Giving to these simple procedures about an hour a day, you will see all advantages of early physical and emotional development of the kid soon.
