3. In pharmacies two types of vitamin – oil D2 solution and water D3 solution are on sale. Usually pediatricians advise to give preference to water solution – he is not so toxic as he oil, is easier had by children, is well acquired. And also D3 stimulates development in an organism of own pro-vitamin D.
4. It is desirable to give to the kid vitamin D in the first half of day. After or at meal time drip in a spoon 1 or 2 drops – depending on a medical prescription, add water and let's drink to the child. 5. If the dose small or if you in general forget to give to the child vitamin D, most likely, at the kid begins rickets.
