1. If you became a mom recently, remember that from that, how competently you will carry out daily hygienic procedures, health of your kid will depend. Process the newborn's nose daily. Surely you carry out this procedure at once after awakening of the kid, and then, if necessary, repeat it also in the evening.
2. To clean the newborn's nose, wash up hands with soap. Remember that it is possible to touch the kid only with clean hands. Further take two pieces of cotton wool, moisten them in warm boiled water or the warmed-up olive oil, wring out, twist them in turundochka which represent ordinary cotton zhgutik. They should not be too thin. Otherwise, their use will not result in desirable result.
3. In turn you enter the prepared turundochka into each nostril and take out rotary motions. At the same time you remember what for each nostril needs to be used separate cotton zhgutik.
