They say that children are flowers of life. But not all can give birth to the child, and it becomes frequent the reason of despair of women and married couples. But if you are ready to become parents, address to orphanages where thousands of children waiting for the fathers and mothers at the moment contain.
It is required to you
- - Medical certificate about state of your health;
- - Documents on the income of family;
- - Documents on living conditions – the financial personal account, papers confirming the property right (for the privatized apartments);
- - Certificate of lack of criminal record. It can be taken in the Department of Internal Affairs (Department of Internal Affairs);
- - The application form which is filled in according to a special form.
Instruction
1. Go to tutorship and guardianship authority (OOP) and write the application according to which you ask to take out the conclusion about an opportunity to become adoptive parents.
2. Wait while OOP investigates your domestic conditions and checks the documents necessary for capture of the child in a foster home. The decision about issues of the conclusion is prepared within 20 days.
3. If all documents and conditions as it should be, take OOP from them the list of children who can be adopted and also issue in this body the direction on visit.
4. After you visited orphanage, make the decision on adoption within 10 days, as well as the law says. Further write refusal or consent, and you can address in OOP for the list of children again. The quantity of the directions on visit is not regulated.
5. If you agree to take the child, write the petition about adoption and attach all necessary documents.
6. Wait for the decision – the court will render a verdict on which you will have the right to take the child in the family or not.
