1. Myth No. 1: The feeding mom is simply obliged to eat a lot of food, otherwise milk will not arrive. Actually, all necessary calories to make maternal milk nutritious and to provide its sufficient quantity, are in the woman's organism. The secret of the nature is that the pregnant woman gathers extra kilos so that to create certain fat stocks which quite will be enough also for the beginning of a lactation. Usually these "granaries" are deployed in area of a waist, hips and forearms. After the delivery the female body begins to use actively these stocks to make milk the most nutritious for the kid. Therefore regardless of that how many new mom ate, milk will be developed in enough. By 6-9 months the child exhausts these stocks, and mom begins to lure the baby other products.

2. Myth No. 2: It is necessary to include milk and its derivatives in a diet of the feeding mom surely. Actually the amount of breast milk does not change from such diet, cows and goats bring up the cubs, without using milk. In everything it is necessary to observe reasonable approach – mom has to eat dairy products at will, without forcing herself.

3. Myth No. 3: Before the forthcoming feeding it is necessary to drink a cup of tea with milk or other drink. In practice there is no direct dependence between the drunk liquid and increase in a lactation. Just listen to own organism and satisfy thirst in process of its emergence. Tea with the milk which is (especially condensed) is not the best option for the feeding mom, milk can cause allergies in the newborn.

4. Myth No. 4: Mom cannot eat vegetables and fruit of red color – the child will have allergic reactions. Each person is individual including the small child, not always these products are allergens for him. After monthly age mom can carefully begin to eat a small amount of such products, watching reaction of the kid carefully.

5. Myth No. 5: In the first months after the delivery it is impossible to eat fried and fresh (all only in a stewed and boiled look). It is more likely a diet for mom who has diseases of the digestive system. If you quietly ate fried earlier, then nothing threatens the child.
