The standard procedure in Microsoft Windows is an opening of the general access in the local area network to the selected folder which means use of the Administrator account.
Instruction
1. In the local area network for a procedure for opening of the general access to the necessary folder open the menu of the operating system and pass into "My computer". Select the folder which needs to be opened, and click on it with the right mouse button to open its context menu.
2. Specify point under the name "General Access and Safety", then go to the Access tab in the opened dialog box.
3. Put a checkbox near the field under the name "Open the General Access to This Folder" and in the respective field enter the necessary value of a name of the created resource. In the section "Notes" seize the opportunity to create the description of a shared folder and specify the greatest number of users who have a possibility of simultaneous access to the section under the name "Limit Number of Users".
4. For certain accounts which get access to the created resource click "Permissions" and click "OK" for confirmation of application of changes. Open the main menu "Start-up", pass into "Control panel" to execute open operation in the local area network of the general access to a certain folder. Reveal "Network and the Internet", select "The center of network and general access". For a call of the service menu press the button with a character of an arrow and specify "Include network environment".
5. Click "Apply" to confirmation of performing operation and specify the following command under the name "Include the General Access to Files". Further click on "Apply", use an option which is called "Include the general access in order that network users could discover, change or create files". Confirm a command, having clicked "Apply", and open with the right mouse button a context menu of the folder which needs to be opened.
6. Select the General Access item and click the button with an arrow character to select accounts which are subject to providing to the general access. Select desirable accounts in the opened list and click "The general access".
