For a login to the web interface of the router D-link, it is necessary to open any convenient browser and to enter into an address bar 192.168.0.1 (depending on model the address can change, for example, on 192.168.1.1). If everything passes successfully, then the system will ask to become authorized, that is to enter the password and a user name. If they did not change, then it is necessary to enter admin both in the field "User name", and in the field "Password". Such password and a user name are factory and are set by default. If desired the user, of course, can replace them.
After login there will be the corresponding message which looks as follows: "Now the password is set by default. For the purpose of safety it is recommended to change the password.". If the user confirms change of the password, then the new window "Installation of the System Password" will open. Here the user can set a new name and the new system password. It should be noted that both the system password, and the password for a login to the web interface as a result will be changed.
Change of the encrypting key
If there is a need to change the password directly on the access point of Wi-fi, then becomes in the same web interface. After an input it is necessary to pass into the Wi-fi menu, and then to select the Security settings item. Here the user can not only change the password for an input, but also a way of encryption, type of network authentication and other.
The following will be the most optimum settings: the type of the WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK mixed encryption, the encrypting key is enabled by the user, WPA encryption – TKIP+AES.
