1. The easiest way of connection of the laptop to a wireless network is to left-click on an icon in the right lower part of the screen. If the network is protected or there is a lot of such networks, then the input will require a special key. After mouse click click ""Wireless networks"" in the opened window.
2. In the Windows operating system the connection can be made through the ""Network and Sharing Center"" displayed when choosing the Connection to Network point in ""Control panel"" through the starting Start-up menu. Select a wireless network and click ""Be connected"".
3. After connection request you will see a window with the offer to enter the private key. If it is known to you (for example, the owner of network - your acquaintance, or you are in the office), enter it and can use the Internet. In public access points (stations, the airports, hotels, cafe) there can be problems at connection. Or, if it takes place successfully, you will not be able to go online. In this case start the browser; sometimes it opens on the page of network where you will be able to look at prices and to learn about payment methods. If and it does not help, contact the relevant employee.
4. The access key, as a rule, is entered once. Next time at connection to this network the system ""will remember"" the entered parameters and will automatically make connection when you appear in an area of coverage.
5. Disconnection from a wireless network is made by the return methods. Click on an icon in the lower right corner of the screen or enter the Connections window through ""Start-up"" and select ""Be disconnected"".
