  • - Several bunches of fennel;
  • - Garlic – 2 heads;

Instruction

1. A cucumber pickles with lyubistoky in banks is preparing as follows: for a brine take 2 tablespoons of salt, 1 l of water, it is necessary to put on a plate, to boil.

2. Fill in cucumbers with in advance cold water for half an hour, wash out and put to flow round on a plain surface.

3. Chop the fennel prepared for pickling of cucumbers, a lovage and garlic.

4. In the big enameled pan layers to lay out cucumbers, having poured them the crushed greens.

5. After all cucumbers are laid, to fill in them with a hot brine, to crush from above cargo, but not too heavy.
