Greek salad

This salad became favourite at many gourmets. This dish is offered practically by all restaurants and cafe, but it is much more pleasant to make it and to enjoy amazing taste of salad, without leaving the house. Light Greek salad will keep your figure in peak form.

It is required to you

  • - 200 g of fresh cucumbers;
  • - 1 paprika;
  • - 1 bulb;
  • - 200 g of olives without stones;
  • - 200 g of feta cheese;
  • - 600 g tomato
  • - 30 g of a capers;
  • - 50 ml. olive oil;
  • - salt and pepper to taste.

Instruction

1. Wash out all vegetables under flowing water.

2. Cut cucumbers with circles, and the large cucumber can be cut still in half. It is better to remove a rough thin skin by means of the peeler or a knife.

3. Cut out a core of paprika and remove everything the seeds which remained inside. Cut it on rings, and then on four parts.

4. Clean a bulb and cut with rings. It is better to cut a large bulb with half rings.

5. Choose a beautiful dish and lay out in it all cut vegetables. From above we spread olives and the cream cheese cut in cubes.

6. Now cut tomatoes with small slices. If you have cherry tomatoes, just cut them in half. Further add a capers and fill salad with olive oil. Salt salad and accurately mix that cheese didn't collapse, and everything remained also beautifully.
