For preparation of Russian cabbage soup it is required to you:

300 гр. sorrel,

300 гр. spinach,

3-4 boiled potatoes,

2 fresh cucumbers,

100 гр. green onions,

2 hard-boiled eggs,

200 гр. boiled meat or fish;

sour cream, salt, sugar and fennel to taste.

We pour water into a pan and previously we boil. Carefully we wash out leaves of a sorrel and spinach. Well we check that there would be no sand on leaves. We boil meat or fish, we cool and we undress on pieces necessary to us. In a separate pan we prepare boiled water for spinach. In a small bowl we cut sorrel leaves, pripuskay in own juice and we wipe. We salt the boiling water and in it we boil spinach leaves. We merge ready through a colander and we fray spinach. We mix a sorrel and spinach, we fill in with broth from spinach, we allow to begin to boil and then we cool. Fresh cucumbers and boiled potatoes are cut in small cubes, we cut green onions and we fray with salt. We put boiled meat or fish, potatoes, onions and cucumbers in the prepared broth with a sorrel and spinach. When giving on a table we pour Russian cabbage soup in plates, we put the eggs cut on two parts, sour cream and we strew with fennel.
