Each person likes to eat and sometimes is ready though eyes to eat the favourite dish. But how to be if after a nourishing lunch you begin yourself to hate in literal sense for eaten?

1. Drink a glass of simple still water before food. It will allow to dull feeling of hunger fairly.

2. Impose to yourself food in a plate the size less than usual. Such cunning will allow an organism to gorge on smaller amount of food.

3. Before each meal it is necessary to eat a couple of pieces of pineapples. They, first, burn fats, and secondly, contain cellulose which skillfully extinguishes hunger and promotes fast digestion of food.

4. Eat slowly, carefully savouring each piece. Don't forget also about pauses between dishes.

5. Instead of a garnish put to yourself on a plate greens or vegetables, for example tomatoes which contain a lot of potassium and also vitamin C.

6. If you don't imagine a lunch without bread - choose as wholegrain. It brings the slags and toxins which accumulated there out of an organism. From a surplus of toxins dry stick-typed baked products or small loafs are also good. They contain even more antioxidants, than fresh bread.
