  • - 1.25 kg of sugar;
  • - 5 g of citric acid.
  • For fruit jelly from a gooseberry with cherry:
  • - 1 kg of a gooseberry;
  • - 1.25 g of sugar;
  • - 800 g of cherry.

Instruction

1. Touch gooseberry berries, destem, carefully wash out, make puree. Uvarite of sugar, its without addition, to a half of volume, add in the portions sugar, stirring slowly. Marmalade weight has to lag behind day of ware easily. Lay out ready fruit jelly in the enameled mold, let's it stiffen, then cut on pieces, powder with sugar. Tasty fruit jelly from a gooseberry is ready.
