The unusual recipe for a turkey with orange sauce will be pleasant to those who love dishes in Asian style. The sweet-sour sauce with juicy notes of mustard covering pieces of gentle meat of a turkey will make a meal unforgettable.

- Ingredients on 2 persons:
- - 350 гр. fillet of a turkey;
- - red bulb;
- - orange;
- - 3-4 spoons of orange jam with a taste of bitterness;
- - 1 spoon of Dijon mustard;
- - tea spoon of a refiner syrup;
- - half-glass of red dry wine;
- - a glass of chicken or vegetable broth (it is possible to use water);
- - black pepper and salt;
- - olive oil;
- - thyme.
Instruction
1. We cut some fillet of a turkey on small pieces – on one sting.
2. On the olive oil warmed in a frying pan we fry a turkey till golden color. We salt, we pepper, we mix and we spread on a plate.
3. We fry small cut bulb in the same frying pan. We add juice and a dried peel of one orange, jam, mustard and a refiner syrup. We fry on very small fire of 5-8 minutes.
4. We return pieces of a turkey in a frying pan, we add fire, we pour in wine. We allow alcohol to evaporate and in a couple of minutes we pour out broth (water) in a frying pan. Again we diminish temperature, we close a frying pan a cover and we stew a turkey with unusual sauce of 20-30 minutes. Sauce at the end of preparation has to become dense. In a couple of minutes until ready we season a dish with a thyme.
5. Boiled rice will become an ideal garnish for a turkey in an orange mustard sauce. It is in addition possible to give a fresh vegetables on a table.
