How to make meat rolls with a mushroom stuffing

Meat rolls with a mushroom stuffing – a remarkable portion dish which will turn a usual lunch into festive and will undoubtedly decorate a solemn table.

It is required to you

  • beef or pork tenderloin – 500 g;
    • fresh mushrooms – 200 g;
    • onions – 3 pieces;
    • desi – 80 g;
    • pepper;
    • salt;

Instruction

1. Prepare mushrooms for a stuffing. Any will be suitable for meat rolls: both fresh, and frozen, and dried.

2. Clean fresh mushrooms and rub off them wet towel wipes. Boil within 30 minutes. Let's them cool down a little. Chop into small pieces.
