How to make Tbilisi salad

Recipe for Tbilisi salad

Tbilisi is more, than just salad. It is very tasty, nourishing and can quite descend for an independent dish. The list of ingredients includes about 10 products. Replace them or exclude from the recipe it isn't recommended. It can negatively affect gustatory qualities of snack. Ingredients:

  • 200 g of beef;
  • 1 large paprika;
  • 2 garlic gloves;
  • 1 bank of red tinned beans;
  • 1 bunch of parsley (it can be replaced with cilantro, depending on preferences of the hostess);
  • 1 red bulb;
  • 50 g of walnuts;
  • 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar of 6%;
  • vegetable oil - to taste (it can be replaced with unsweetened yogurt, libomayonezy);
  • salt - to taste.

Instruction of preparation

  • Boil beef, cool. Cut straws or sort on fibers. 
  • Clean a bulb. Chop it half rings. Pickle in vinegar.
  • Wash tinned haricot a baking plate with flowing water, cast away on a colander. Put it in a deep bowl.
  • Wash paprika. Remove seeds. Cut vegetable thin straws. Send to haricot.
  • Wash parsley, to cut and add small to other ingredients.
  • Clean walnuts, crush a kernel, dry in a hot frying pan.
  • Clean garlic, crush cloves.
  • Having connected all ingredients, to fill salad with oil, yogurt, or mayonnaise.
  • Sprinkle salad wine vinegar. 

Before giving, Tbilisi salad has to infuse not meney 30 minutes. During this time all ingredients will become impregnated with aromas of each other.  

Advantage of the products which are a part of salad

Besides that Tbilisi salad is famous for excellent taste, it also is useful.

The red beans which are a part of a dish are rich with antioxidants, strengthen a cardiovascular system. It contains nearly 20% of vegetable protein whereas fat only 2%. It is an excellent source of a protein.
