It isn't so difficult bake potato with a gentle cream stuffing and a crunchy golden crust in the English style. Such potato was cooked for Sunday lunches together with the Yorkshire puddings and ribs earlier. - - salt — to taste;
- - vegetable oil — 150 ml;
- - potatoes — 1.8 kg.
Instruction
1. Warm an oven to 200oC. Clean potatoes and divide into 4 parts. Place potato segments in a pan and fill in with cold water. Salt and bring to the boil. Then you cook 5 minutes on slow fire.
2. On a baking tray add duck fat or vegetable oil, then send to an oven to warm up.
3. From a pan with potato drain water and let's stand without cover a couple of minutes. Get from an oven a baking tray with the thawed oil or fat and lay out on it potatoes.
4. Place a baking tray with potatoes back in an oven and bake, overturning a dish each 15 minutes. Prepare within an hour to a crunchy golden crust. Potato it is necessary to give hot together with meat, milk or kefir.
