Winter garden often the real subject of pride for owners. There is no wonder, it can decorate any interior. The main difference of winter garden from greenhouse and the greenhouse that the garden is place where it is possible to come and have a rest from cares, to approach the nature. Therefore it is necessary to plan and arrange winter garden in a special way.

1. Provide to the winter garden sufficient lighting. Even if you will manage to make completely glass roof, there will not be enough natural illumination in the most gloomy months: from October to February. Establish additional lighting.
2. Fluorescent lamps are preferable to additional lighting. They consume less electricity and do not dry air as normal glow lamps. Provide opportunity to shade plants in the hottest summer days. The scorching sun is also harmful to the majority of plant, as well as low temperature.
3. Qualified specialists have to establish electrical wiring, switches and sockets. Do not forget in winter garden always the increased humidity. Besides, you will often water plants and to spray them therefore in such conditions electrical safety have to be provided at the highest level.
4. After you install electrical equipment, trim walls and floor with waterproof materials – plastic panels or ceramic tile. Wall-paper, tree, laminated chipboard badly transfer high air humidity.
5. Plan the vacation spot. Depending on the number of visitors it can be both single chair, and group of sofas and chairs. The main thing that furniture has been made of the waterproof and not giving in to rotting materials too: rattan, bamboo, metal. Choose furniture in colonial or Victorian style. They correspond to stylistics of winter garden more.
6. Choose plants for winter garden in compliance with winter temperatures. Many palm trees, bugenvile, hibiscuses and abutilons demand rather cool temperature during dormant period. If you do not manage suit them cool dormant period, the blossoming plants can not blossom in the summer, and palm trees will grow much more slowly. But consider that such temperature in winter garden is good for plants, but not for rest.
7. If you want your winter garden to remain comfortable during the whole year choose plants from family of aroidny: monsteras, singoniuma, epipremnuma, alocasias, anturiums, dieffenbachias, spathiphyllums and filodendrona. Only anturiums and spathiphyllums blossom from this list, but all others will please you with magnificent greens which are capable to create effect of the real jungle. 8. Are more difficult in leaving of plant family of pineappele family: pineapples, kriptantusa, neoregeliya, guzmaniya, vriesias splendens, bilbergiya and tillandsias. But these plants have so unusual shape that your guests will be deeply impressed. If you want to land orchids in the winter garden, give preference to hybrid phalaenopsis. They do not need dormant period and are decorated by effective flower butterflies the most part of time.
9. You will need to provide due care to all copies. Do not forget that besides watering the plants need fertilizing and processing against wreckers and diseases. Establish plants in separate pots or florists in whom it is possible to unite plants in groups. Opportunity to differently rearrange plants will allow you to create periodically new interesting landscapes in garden. It is better to use plastic pots – they are more durable and it is easier to transfer them from place to place.
10. Carry out to the room where there will be garden, water supply system. It will save you from bustle with water buckets for watering. Best of all arrange in garden artificial reservoir with the fountainlet. Thanks to it you will have sufficient volume of the settled water for watering and the good level of air humidity.
