Roast chicken - a fast and simple dish in preparation. To diversify a little it and to surprise judges of your culinary talent, add mix of honey and a soy-bean sauce at the end of cooking - the result will be pleasant even to those who don't eat honey at all!

    • ham (or wings) - 1 kg;
    • vegetable oil;
    • honey - 2 tablespoons;
    • soy-bean sauce - 70 g;

Instruction

1. Wash up ham, dry them a paper towel and cut on two parts. Wings don't need to be cut. Pour on a frying pan of 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil. When it is heated, put pieces of chicken on a frying pan, without closing a cover, fry on average fire before emergence of a golden shade, 15 minutes for ham and 10 minutes - for wings.

2. Turn each piece and leave for 10-15 minutes respectively.

3. Mix honey and a soy-bean sauce, water with it pieces of chicken, add a black pepper to taste and, occasionally stirring slowly, prepare 20 minutes on small fire. Salt doesn't need to be added, it is enough in a soy-bean sauce. Also because of a soy-bean sauce chicken will gain brown color. Honey won't be felt in a ready-to-eat meal at all. Rice, couscous or mashed potatoes perfectly will approach this sweetish fragrant chicken meat. Enjoy your meal!
