Oil is the combustible liquid of natural origin consisting of various hydrocarbons and a small amount of other organic matter. It is the main raw materials for receiving fuel habitual to us, such as gasoline, diesel fuel, etc. Production of gasoline from oil - destiny of the oil processing enterprises, but as an experiment and in small amounts gasoline it is possible to receive also in the handicraft way.

- Two containers, gas outlet, thermometer, heating element.
Instruction
1. Collect installation. Take capacity, to it pick up a dense cover with an exhaust tube. In this cover make an opening and densely fix in it the thermometer. Place the second end of an exhaust tube in other capacity.
2. Further, pour a little oil in the first capacity, densely close a cover with the gas outlet and put on heating. Place the second capacity in cold.
3. Heating oil, you monitor the indication of the thermometer, maintain temperature no more than 180 degrees. When heating, the petrol fraction as more flying component of oil will evaporate, being driven away on an exhaust tube in the second capacity. In the second capacity gasoline will be condensed, and in the first capacity there will be more high-boiling fractions of oil, such as kerosene, gasoil, etc. The received gasoline (pryamogon), will have low octane number therefore, you should not use it as fuel for modern engines, the corresponding additives are necessary (tetraethyllead, etc.).
4. For a bigger exit of gasoline it is possible to subject the heavy rest to thermal cracking. In thick-walled metal capacity pour the liquid which remained after distillation and reliably close it a cover (in process, in capacity pressure will rise). Heat capacity to 450 degrees. In such conditions, heavy components of oil will decay on easier petrol fractions which can be overtaken repeatedly.
