According to this recipe it is very simple to prepare mushrooms - it is possible to take champignons or white mushrooms. A fragrant dish, a little spicy, with light sourness. In the recipe instead of lemon juice it is possible to use lime juice.

It is required to you

  • - 300 g of fresh mushrooms;
  • - 5 garlic gloves;
  • - 4 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • - 3 tablespoons of lemon or lime juice;
  • - rosemary branch;
  • - pepper, salt.

Instruction

1. Wash out and dry fresh mushrooms on paper towels. Cut with plates, quarters or as it will be more convenient to you. Champignons or cepes most of all will be suitable for the recipe, but you can take also others.

2. Peel garlic gloves, crush. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan, lay out garlic and the cut branch of fresh rosemary, slightly fry.

3. Add the prepared mushrooms to a frying pan. Pepper and salt frying pan contents, fry within 5-7 minutes.

4. Add lemon juice to a frying pan. Juice needs to be taken freshly squeezed, also lime juice will approach - it will give to a dish the necessary sourness too. Bring to full readiness of mushrooms and mixture of tastes, stirring slowly with frying pan contents (about 2-4 minutes).

5. Shift a ready-to-eat meal to a plate, water from above with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Mushrooms in lemon and rosemary sauce can be given with boiled paste or white loaf, toasts or croutons.
