Salad for the winter ""Tomato segments"

It is the recipe of the tomatoes which are rolled up in rather interesting way: quarters or halves with onions, fresh fennel and garlic. This recipe for those at whom tomatoes were born wonderfully well – the large, juicy, but not passing in a neck banks is especially good. It is required to you

  • On 7 one-liter jars:
  • - ripe hard tomatoes;
  • - fresh fennel – 7 branches;
  • - garlic – 14 cloves;
  • - onions.
  • For marinade:
  • - 3 tablespoons of salt;
  • - 3 liters of water;
  • - 7 tablespoons of sugar;
  • - 1 glass of 9% of vinegar;
  • - on 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in each one-liter jar.

Instruction

1. First of all prepare banks: carefully wash up and dry them.

2. On a bottom of each one-liter jar put 2 garlic gloves and a branch of fennel. Quarters or halves of tomatoes stack in bank, alternating to onions rings. It is necessary to stack tomatoes densely, but so that not to crush them. When tomatoes and onions are laid, pour in each can on one tablespoon of sunflower oil.

3. Prepare marinade for tomatoes. Boil water, having added to it vinegar, salt and sugar. Pour ready marinade on banks and cover with covers.

4. Put cups on sterilization. For this purpose cover a pan bottom a towel and pour in water so that water closed banks to the level of "coat hanger".

5. Sterilize the jars with tomatoes of 15-20 minutes. Quickly roll up and wrap up banks before full cooling, having put them bottoms up.
