It is required to you

  • - 400 g of whole-wheat flour;
  • - 1 tsps of baking powder;
  • - 1 tsps of soda;
  • - salt pinch;
  • - 150 g of puree from pumpkin;
  • - egg white;
  • - 150 ml of yogurt of the lowered fat content.
  • For a stuffing:
  • - 2 or 3 bulbs, salt and pepper to taste.
  • - garlic mix with oil for greasing of flat cakes (at will).

Instruction

1. We sift flour with baking powder and salt. We boil pumpkin (it is possible to bake) and pyuriruy. We mix puree with dry ingredients, we add white and yogurt. Properly we knead and we leave for an hour a baking plate a towel on a kitchen table.

2. For a stuffing in a small amount of oil on slow fire we weary the onions cut in cubes within half an hour. We salt and pepper.
