How to write the presentation

The presentation is an effective method of promotion of products on sales market. But many representatives of small business are badly familiar with this innovative method in marketing science, and services of marketing specialists cost much.

Instruction

1. Define the presentation purposes. What you want to reach: to attract new clients, to find business partners (suppliers, investors), "to untwist" the latest product?

2. According to the purpose, think over the general idea (main plan) of future presentation. Define the place and the period. Think whom you will call on display. Decide on the budget.

3. Develop the scenario of the presentation. Pay attention, the head of firm, as a last resort, his deputy has to open an action. Choose the person who will keep the program. The leader has to have good diction, possess a pleasant voice, has to win over people, and, of course, he has to be able to act publicly.

4. Think what evident material you will use during an action. This material has to help both to the leader, and the audience to remember the main points of the presentation.

5. Think up a key phrase which, the audience has to remember. The key phrase is the embodiment of the purpose of the presentation. It has to be capacious and short.

6. Write the text of a performance and briefly formulate theses (they will act as a crib).

7. Think what printing material you will distribute in audience. In what timepoint you will make it. Pay attention if you provide distributing material prior to a performance, listeners will begin to study it, and will cease to look at the leader. It is better to distribute printing materials after the presentation.

8. Before display of the presentation surely hold a rehearsal. Hold the presentations, and progress to you in business!
