What enzymes are in gastric juice

Gastric juice call the transparent sour liquid saturated with enzymes which in the course of digestion is excreted by a stomach. What substances are enzymes of gastric juice and for what they are necessary?

Instruction

1. Pepsins. In gastric juice there are several types of pepsins which main objective — the proteolysis. Pepsins A and C (which is also called gastriksiny or gastric cathepsine) make a protein hydrolyzation. Pepsin B is necessary for the proteolysis of connecting fabric and fluidifying of gelatin (its other names are a zhelatinaza or parapepsin). An important role in digestion is played by pepsin D (it is renin or chymosin), which problem — milk casein splitting on serumal protein and paracasein.

2. Neproteolitiki. It is a lipase and lysozyme. Purpose of a gastric lipase is a splitting of fats, generally — dairy therefore high concentration of a lipase is present at gastric juice of the child, and at a stomach of her adult much less. Enzyme lysozyme (which is also called muramidazy) has antimicrobic and antibacterial properties that allows to create a biological barrier on the way of penetration into an organism of some infections.

3. The significant role in digestion is played also by gastric slime. It is allocated by cells of a stomach. Is a part of gastric slime mutsin (insoluble slime), neutral mucopolysaccharides, glycoproteins and sialomutsina. Purpose of a mutsin is to protect a mucous membrane of a stomach from an autoliz (destruction under the influence of pepsins and the hydrochloric acid which is contained in gastric juice). Sialomutsina neutralize activity of the viruses which got to an organism with food. Neutral mucopolysaccharides interfere with formation of ulcers and other damages mucous a stomach. Besides, they are a part of some antigens of blood. And glycoproteins provide the correct absorption of vitamins of group B that protects an organism from development of such diseases as iron deficiency anemia, beriberi, etc.
