Erase its number from the mobile phone that there was no temptation to call in a state of intoxication or minutes of severe pain, erase all SMS messages, remove from all possible social networks and other ways of communication.
2. Initially it will give some illusion of tranquility. However it is not necessary to stop on it. Begin to communicate with people, you get new friends, you go with them to theaters, cinema, clubs, develop. It will favorably affect your psycho-emotional state as there will be a constant change of "scenery". It will unload a brain from excess thoughts and will allow to relax and derive pleasure.
