How to learn to do the rounoff

Any program of training in hopping aerobics doesn't do without rounoff – the jump with turnover. The flick-flack, the somersault, pirouettes and many other difficult acrobatic combinations begin with this base. From outside these exercises look quite simply, however good physical training is for this purpose necessary. Your task is to master the proper technique of performance of the rounoff at once, having excluded all errors. Then all subsequent elements will also be carried out without howlers.

It is required to you

  • - skills of the handstand;
  • - development of the wheel and curvet;
  • - consultation of the coach.

Instruction

1. Learn to hold the body on hands – only in this case it is possible to learn to do the rounoff. First of all, it is recommended to strengthen hands regular push-ups and by means of occupations dumbbells.

2. Having mastered the stance, do the wheel: with the stoppage on hands; connecting legs and to implementation of turn by 90 degrees; the wheel from hop with the subsequent turn.

3. Fix the previous exercises and start studying the jump (curvet) from the standing position on hands. It is necessary for you, as a result of rapid movement by legs and the push hands, to pass from the home position into the standing position. For a start you can do it from the bench, and only then rise on the floor. Only after preparatory exercises it is possible to try to make the rounoff.

4. Pay attention that the beginning of the rounoff is similar to the wheel. However there is the difference: at performance of the combination to the left you need to develop the right brush towards the left hand. It is the technique basis. When you pass the stance, it is necessary to connect legs and to finish the rounoff the curvet (without bending the leg!). At last, the jump top is carried out.

5. You learn to do the rounoff in the following sequence: - execute couple of steps for running start, at the same time hands have to be raised only before the beginning of the element; - do calling from small hop from the place on one leg. The second leg is taken out forward; - hands bring top, incline the body and stretch hands to the floor. At the same time carry out (in the vertical plane) the swing - that leg on which you did the swoop; - further - the curvet and the jump with turnover by 180 degrees. It is important that your hands made a start from the floor, without being bent – the shoulder girdle has to work. Legs at the same time hold the arm position.

6. If after landing you by inertia begin to move forward the back (that is the subsequent acrobatic receptions of type of the flick-flack arise), the rounoff can be considered mastered.
