1. The drinking bowl has to be the integral attribute of any cage. Them there are two types: opened and closed. It is better to use, of course, the closed drinking bowls from plexiglas. Sterns, a dung do not get to them, water remains clear and fresh. The automatic drinking bowl needs to be washed every day, carefully removing all slime and a raid.
2. Water has to be not colder than 15 degrees at all seasons of the year. Do not give to a parrot cold water - it can cause development of catarrhal diseases. And too warm water will not satisfy thirst. Change water in a drinking bowl every day irrespective of, there was in it something or not.
3. You should not give to drink to a parrot water from under the crane - it contains many harmful chemical elements and a part of rust. The distilled water or bottled water for baby food will be an optimal variant. As a last resort use the filtered water, but in this case you watch the validity of the filter. It is not recommended to give winged boiled water, so during boiling not only pathogenic bacteria die, but also the useful minerals necessary for maintenance of an organism of a parrot in a tone break up. When choosing water surely pay attention to structure - the main thing that it was not mineral and not aerated.
4. Besides water of parrots it is possible to give to drink juice of vegetables and fruit. It is better if they are freshly squeezed. Parrots very much love juicy apples, a rowan, currant, a wild strawberry, cabbage, fruits of a citrus. It is possible to do juice of them safely. You should not give to the pet purchased juice, even nurseries. They contain too much glucose and preservatives which are harmful, and in a large number are pernicious for feathery. Also you should not abuse the juice enriched with vitamins. If you care for the pet, buy for him in pet-shop the vitamins which are specially developed for parrots better.
