Carrots and beet - some of the most useful and available vegetables. Useful properties of carrots are caused by its rich structure: it contains improbable amount of vitamins, and in particular E, K and PP, also at it there is carotene – the substance helping organism to regulate oxidation-reduction processes, carbohydrate, proteinaceous and fat exchange, etc. Thanks to the curative properties, beet has broad application in traditional medicine. It has diuretic, laxative, haematogenic effect, well influences organism at anemia, its juice is capable to heal wounds and burns for a short time.
