Ampulyariya – freshwater mollusks. In house aquariums they are contained not only as decorative addition to an interior, but also in purely practical purposes. They perfectly cope with obrastaniye on walls of an aquarium and on water plants. It is not difficult to receive posterity of ampulyariya, it is necessary to provide some necessary conditions only.
Instruction
1. Ampulyariya – quite large aquarian snails. Their sink has an appearance of a spiral cone of bright yellow-golden or yellowy-brown color. They breathe air oxygen and therefore from time to time emerge on a surface. Snails are fed with the various remains and obrastaniye, but in case of need they can be fed up the leaves of lettuce or cabbage which are previously scalded by boiled water.
2. Ampulyariya – heterosexual, yaytsekladushchy mollusks. However it is almost impossible to distinguish males and females.
3. The aquarium up to 30 liters quite will be suitable for cultivation of snails. Fill it so that to the upper edge there were not less than 10-15 cm. Close an aquarium integumentary glass.
4. The posterity of ampulyariya develops in the air environment. The female selects the place with a necessary temperature and humidity. Therefore one day you can find a laying on an aquarium wall, on a cover or on integumentary glass.
5. If the female did not find the suitable place, and the aquarium was not closed from above, then it is quite possible that you will find her on a floor. If the snail got out of an aquarium, transplant her in separate capacity, for example in a 3-liter jar. Close to bank a cover. The female will lay eggs in bank.
6. The laying of ampulyariya of pinkish-yellow color, in a form reminds mulberry berry, has 4-7 cm in length and 1–2 cm width. Do not touch it if it normally keeps. If the laying fell, put it in a polyethylene cover from banks. Place a cover on a water surface in an aquarium.
7. The posterity of ampulyariya will appear in 1.5 - 3 weeks. Despite the extremely small sizes (about 1/4 part of a match head), "ulityat" already have an armor and characteristic coloring.
8. It is the best of all to transplant at once kids in separate small (volume about 10 liters) an aquarium. Fill it with water no more than on 5 cm (kids breathe air and have to emerge periodically).
9. In the first month of life you feed a brood with boiled egg. Surely delete the food remains. By two months the small ampulyariya are already capable to eat the leaves of lettuce and cabbage which are small chopped and scalded by boiled water.
10. Ampulyariya grow quickly. The reached 2-3 mm of a snail are already capable to eat aquarian obrastaniye.
