1. You do not hurry to splash out the fishes brought from shop in an aquarium at once, it can be shock as they got used to temperature, rigidity, acidity and composition of that water in which they are. At first rinse a package under water and lower in water, without opening — let it will swim for a while 30-40 minutes, and water temperature in tanks will even out.
2. Then gradually pour in a package in water from an aquarium, pouring out store water in a sink. Within half an hour bring composition of liquid in a package to it: 1/3 store and 2/3 aquarian waters. Then a net take out fish and lower her to an aquarium, at the same time the minimum of unnecessary liquid will get to it. If you have suspicions that fish in shop contained in clear water, it is better to continue to change water until in capacity there are no 2 volumes of that water which fish had originally.
3. If with you in a reservoir already there live other fishes, use a quarantine aquarium. It can be the usual 3-5 one-liter glass jar equipped with the necessary equipment. Such precautions are necessary to protect living creatures from penetration of an infection. Even if upon purchase of fish looked perfectly, they could bring pathogenic microbes on themselves. In 1-2 weeks they can be placed to other inhabitants.
4. At change of beginners in densely inhabited reservoir try to turn off the light in it. In this case will pay to them less attention, and new fishes will feel like less helpless. It is possible also to try to distract living creatures by means of a forage.
5. To replace fishes from one aquarium in another, for example, bigger on volume, in advance prepare all conditions. Pour water, otstoyanny at least 48 hours, on a bottom fill 3-5 cm of the washed-out gravel, plant plants, lay out scenery. It is necessary to wait for water turbidity, and then its enlightenment, and only then to start small fishes. The aquarium has to stay in absolutely ready state, with the turned-on light and the system of aeration of 2-7 days, before installation of living creatures in it. It is good if there is an opportunity to pour into it as much as possible water from a former aquarium.
6. Begin to replace fishes in lots on 1-3 pieces, starting with the smallest. The interval between parties has to be from 1 to 2 weeks. The more the aquarium, the more can be the size of each party.
