There is an opinion that males of parrots give in to training of the human speech better, than samochka, but it far not so. 1. Do not begin training of the speech too early. The parrot who hardly left a habitual pole needs to be accustomed at first to the new house and to allow to accustom. The bird has to feel that you are her owner and to begin to draw close attention to you. Only in this case process of training will take place quickly and easily. Optimum age for training is the first year of life of a popugaikha, but the next three-four years it is also possible to provide training. According to researches, parrots all the life continue to use the words learned in the first years.
2. You provide training daily in morning or evening hours, it is optimum – two three times a day. Duration of each occupation has to be not less than half an hour. Carefully you watch that during the classes the bird could not be distracted by any objects. You conduct your "lessons" in the separate room, in lack of foreign sounds or noise. From a cage remove all toys, mirrors and a forage. The schoolgirl has to focus on in what she should be engaged completely.
3. Budgerigars copy better a female voice as it coincides with height of work of their own vocal chords. If the man is engaged in training, he needs to try to speak more high pitched voice. A phrase which you are going to learn from popugaikhy, you say every time equally, with the same intonation and in one rhythm. Do not forget that for a bird your words – only a variation of a song which it can adopt. It will be much faster and simpler if you do not begin to complicate a task different variations and you will not add every time new words.
