Both women, and men watch beauty of the body. The problem arising at many – the large, blown-up veins on hands (varicosity) – it not only is ugly, but also is unhealthy. How to treat veins on hands?

- Get up directly. Part hands on the parties. Clench fists of 40 times palm down, and then - 40 times palm up. After that for some time rotate hands back and forth. Raise hands. Repeat the same movements, as at the beginning of exercise, describing at the same time circle. This complex effectively influences walls of vessels and muscle of hands.
- Prepare hand bath with hot water (about 60 degrees). Prepare the second bath with cold water (the size of baths has to allow to lower in them not only brush, but also about a half of forearm of hand).
- Lower hands in bath with hot water for 1-2 minutes. After that lower hands for 2 minutes in bath with cold water. Repeat this procedure, alternating heat and cold, not less than 3 times. The contrast of temperatures will cause serially expansion and narrowing of vessels. It will positively affect vascular tone.
- Take tablespoon of cones of hop, crush them and fill in with boiled water. Later heat on water bath this mix within 20 minutes. Drink on 1 glass the turned-out broth before meal.
- Mix identical quantity of arnica and bark of hazel grove. 2 tablespoons of mix fill in 600 ml of the boiling water. Defend in thermos within 10–12 hours. Later drink on half-glass 3 times a day.
- Rub on small grater or cut 250 grams of garlic and fill in them with 350 grams of honey. Infuse this mix about 2 weeks, then take on 1 teaspoon for half an hour to food. Two months later after the beginning of application the condition of veins on hands has to improve, the vascular tone has to return to normal. Expanded and inelastic walls of veins will be tightened and will cease to be blown up on the surface of hands.
- Use medications: venotony, troksiziny, heparin ointment, lioton-gel.
