The modern person is forced to have e-mail. Without it it is impossible to be registered in different online projects, to create accounts in social networks and to conduct full-fledged business life. There where there is a big information stream, there have to be also rules of maintenance of an order.

Did you sometime try to count how many letters come to your "e-mail" daily? Sometimes their quantity with interest passes for one hundred, and it is not a limit. Obviously, why it is difficult to find really important letters in such information stream. How to bring order to the mail and to avoid repetition of this chaos in the future?

E-mail is a classical communication link on which continue to communicate in the professional environment. On the e-mail we receive notifications, the project documentation, accounts for payment, contacts of future business partner, etc. Chaos in e-mail generates a disorder in the head: it is impossible to collect the thoughts, to remember important data, it is easy to forget something, it is difficult to find something …

 

From here lack of time and simple irritability. So why not to bring order to e-mail once, and then it is always simple to support it?! Believe, it is a pleasure to work with such mail!

Take for a habit to sort the arriving correspondence on categories: work, personal, entertainments, interesting, etc. You can even begin to sort letters by surnames if in it really there is a need. Surely use standard tags of the service: note letters important, put it asterisks and other designating symbols. Do not leave unnecessary letters in the shared directory – at once mark them as "spam". Also will not prevent to cancel unnecessary subscriptions.

 

Learn to work with groups of letters. Just select some the arrived letters with similar characteristics and send them to the separate directory, delete them or put marks. It helps to solve effectively a confusion problem in a big flow of incoming letters.

 

When you receive important letters, but there will be no opportunity at once to answer, mark them with the most saturated standard tag: next time, when you start mail, will notice their the first and will respond to them. If not to make it at once, then important letters will get lost among others, and you will bring the person or will not manage to make something important.

 

There are letters which to store in general there is no sense. If you know for sure that the arrived letter obviously is spam, then at once delete it, even without opening. Otherwise you every time will be to come across it and to spend time for rereading of heading. In volume of one letter you will spend several seconds, but when there is a lot of them, a waste of time turns out quite notable.
