The Internet - an integral part of work process on the personal computer. High-speed ADSL connection can be configured independently, having executed some operations.

Instruction
1. Select the operator who will deliver you services of high-speed connection. Whether pay attention to all clauses of the contract, for example, the modem and cable laying in the apartment is included in the price. Specify what order of termination of the contract.
2. After you decided on the operator-supplier, buy the modem for high-speed connection and a splitter for division of the line. Buy the necessary metric area of a fiber-optic cable. Press out its ends plugs in specialized shops.
3. Connect the network interface card to the motherboard of your personal computer. Download drivers from the website of vendor and install them. Reboot the operating system that all changes became effective.
4. Connect access point to an output of a splitter of "LINE". To an output of "telephone" connect a telephone cable, and to internet port - a cable which needs to be stretched to the modem of high-speed connection further and to connect to it. Stack a cable so that to avoid its mechanical damages. Connect the modem to the network interface card in the personal computer.
5. Come into "Control panel" - "Network connections". Click the link "Creation of New Connection". Now select the Connect to the Internet item, further – "Establish connection manually" - "Through the high-speed connection requesting a user name and the password".
6. Specify the login and the password which are written in your contract. The label on a desktop will be created. Through it be connected to the Internet.
