It is possible to create the Counter-Strike server in the different ways. All work files a game can be on your computer, a ftp-resource or on any Internet server. Select for yourself more convenient option.

Instruction
1. For creation of temporary game non-steam of the server it is possible to use your home computer. Download and install the game Counter-Strike. Surely download the necessary patch, for example v19 or v21. Install files of a patch, having replaced work files of a game.
2. Start a game and open the New Game menu. Open the Game tab and select parameters of start of the new server. Pass to the Server tab, select the required card and click Start.
3. Wait for loading of the new server. Open the console of management and enter the sv_lan 1 command. It will allow players to be connected to you not only from a local area network, but also from external resources. Perform tuning of parameters of game process.
4. If the power of your computer is not enough for simultaneous support of the server and a game on it, start the hlsd.exe file. It is in the cstrike directory. At first create a label of the hlds.exe file and open its properties. Register the following parameters in the Properties of Start field: - game cstrike - console - insecure +sv_lan 1 +map de_nuke. After opening of a label the game server of Counter-Strike will be started.
5. If you wish to create the server which will constantly work, use services of different Internet resources, for example www.forteam.ru. Zaregistiruytes on this website also order a new game server.
6. Open the control panel of settings and reconfigure the necessary parameters. Open the FTP menu and write out the address of the server on which files of a game are stored. By means of the FTP-commander program upload files AMX mode on the server. It will allow you to install or disconnect additional plug-ins in a game.
7. It is possible to start non-steam the server even by means of the installed version of Counter-Strike Steam. The fact is that during start of the new server the check on Steam automatically does not join. It means that anyone will be able to be connected to you.
