How to archive letters

At emergence of need to clean the place in a mailbox it is not obligatory to delete at all available letters. The fact is that there is also other way: you can just archive them.

Instruction

1. All stages of this procedure can be sorted on the example of the Gmail mail. At first become authorized in a system (enter your login and the password). Then pass into the Entering folder. Near that message which you want to move put a checkbox. Over the list of all letters you will see the toolbar. On it click the Archive button. By the way, if you want to archive the message opened at present, then you do not need to pass into the general list: just press the button which is over the letter. Pay attention that archiving means only moving to the All Mail folder, but not removal.

2. For viewing the archived messages follow the link "All Mail" (it is located in the left part of the page). You will be able to find such letter then with ease thanks to function of search or the label assigned to it.

3. Be not surprised if through any time in the Entering folder there is again that message which you archived. The reason can be that on it the answer arrived, and therefore the chain began to be displayed again.

4. As it was already told, similar messages are transferred to the All Letters folder. However its volume is limited too, as well as e-mail volume. Therefore it is possible to store letters though long there, but not all. If it is overloaded, then something after all should be erased. For this purpose open the necessary message, select opposite to it a checkbox, and then click "Delete". Thus you will get rid of all chain of letters at once.

5. Besides, removal of the separate message is available to you. To perform this procedure, you should open a chain of letters and there select necessary. Near the Answer button you will see an icon with a down arrow. IT is on in the upper right corner of the special panel. For end click on the column "Delete This Message".
