1. Open Dreamweaver and click the section "Files". Specify path to folder which you will select for placement of the page, and then click "The new file", having called it presumably index.html.
2. Open the created file and find the <head> tags. Between these tags write the list of meta-tags which will promote the improved indexation of the website:
