Instruction
1. Follow the link "Forgot the Password" located on the page of a login to the account – http://mail.rambler.ru/ or http://www.rambler.ru/. In the fields of a form on the opened page enter the mailbox address, access to which you want to restore. Be attentive: the address should be entered completely, with the indication of a domain name and the sign.
2. Enter the test Captcha code specified on the page. If you cannot sort code characters, click on the link located below to replace the picture. After you enter all characters, press the Continue button.
3. Gather in the field intended for this purpose in the opened form the correct answer to a control question which you installed at registration of this mailbox. Press the Continue button. If the answer did not approach, repeat attempt. Be attentive: the answer should be entered in the most exact compliance how it was entered by you at registration including match case.
4. Enter in the fields on the opened page the new password to the mailbox, and you can log from the homepage in the account in the normal way. If you did not manage to specify the correct answer to a control question, contact technical support of "Rambler".
5. Pass to the http://help.rambler.ru/feedback.html?s=mail page and describe the problem in the form of feedback. Pay attention: you need to specify the operating e-mail address to which you have an access, otherwise you will not be able to receive the response to the access. If you have no alternative e-mail, you immediately will be able to create it in mail service of "Rambler" if you follow the corresponding link.
6. Do not forget to specify the mailbox address, access to which you lost, in the text of the contacting support desk. And also write all data which you specified at registration of the account: A full name, date of birth, the password (as you remember it), a control question and the answer to it (as you remembered them) and other.
7. Have patience – perhaps, you should wait for the answer from support desk of "Rambler" several days. Be ready to answer a number of the specifying questions also. For example, names of folders in your mailbox, your normal IP address and data on provider, data on the ICQ account tied to a mailbox and many other things can ask to list you.
