Instruction
1. If you forgot the password to a mailbox, follow the link mail.yandex.ru and click on the inscription "Remember the Password".
2. Before you the restoring access window opened. Print in the field your login and the e-mail address of mail to which you want to restore access. Then enter characters from the picture and click "Further".
3. Proceeding from what path of restoring access you selected at registration of the mailbox, will offer you a way of its recovery. It can be the answer to earlier confidential question asked by you, cell phone number, tied to this box, or the indication of other mailbox.
4. If it is phone, enter its number, receive on it the message with the code, and then enter this code in the necessary field. And when it will be required to specify one more e-mail, enter necessary e-mail, receive on it the letter with the link and pass according to it. Upon completion of these actions enter digits from the picture and again click "Further".
5. After that you will get on the page of change of the password. Enter the new password in the first the field and duplicate it in the second. Click "Is ready", and you get access to the mailbox.
6. In case of loss of the login try to remember it independently or ask friends to whom you sent from it letters. If everything is ineffectual, contact technical support of Yandex. For this purpose click the inscription "Feedback" located at the bottom of the page. Fill the offered form as it is possible more precisely having described the problem and having specified one more mailbox where they will have to send the reply. The lost access will be surely restored.
7. Write the password and the login from a mailbox in the notepad or any important document which is stored in the computer. It will allow to avoid a restoring access problem next time.
