How to restore letters in a mail

If you found out that very important letters are deleted from a mailbox for any reason, be not upset. Using the Mail.Ru e-mail server, you can try to restore remote correspondence.

Instruction

1. Come into the Mail.Ru mailbox, having entered the login and the password. Find the Basket folder in the left part of the menu. If you deleted letters independently, they will be in this directory. If you cleaned "Basket", then letters cannot be restored as after this procedure they will be permanently deleted from the Mail.Ru e-mail server.

2. Besides, "Basket" is cleaned automatically at each output from an e-mail, and all letters which in it were, destroyed. That it did not occur, visit the Setup page. Find the section "Interface of a Mailbox" and remove a tick opposite to the Clean the Basket at an Output field.

3. If you wait for any important letter, and it does not come, come into the Spam folder. Perhaps, the program considered correspondence suspicious and redirected it to this folder.

4. If suddenly from your mailbox all letters were gone, remember whether you made setup of email clients. Often there are situations when the user at settings of this software does not note a tick the Save Letters on the Server point. As a result all letters which are in a mailbox move to the computer. That to check it, come into settings of a mailbox and mark with a tick the option "Show Information on the Last Login". If near the inscription "Input on POP3" the IP address is specified, so your e-mail through an email client works.

5. Accidentally not to delete and save letters, important for you, create the special folder in which shift this correspondence. For creation of such folder in an email client of Mail.Ru come into the section "Setup", then "Create the new folder". In the opened window enter the name and arrangement of the folder on the discretion. Besides, if you wish, you can password-protect the created folder, having put a tick near the Password-protect field.
